About Us

Accommodation has been offered on the Giellajohka site for more than sixty years. Formerly known as Kiellatupa, it was a cozy stop for hikers and travelers exploring the area between the Muotkatunturi and Paistunturi wilderness regions.

Today, Giellajohka is a family-run business. Since 2016, we’ve been developing this unique place with a deep respect for nature and a passion for creating meaningful experiences for our guests.
